Personal traits of a leader.


1. Poise.

The leader should have a harmonious combination of quality, no frills. Too aggressive and excessive ease detrimental to the team leader. Any quality should be balanced and should not be too pronounced.

2. Ambition.

The desire to achieve something visible and the desire to realize their potential. Leader reasonably ambitious, he has set high goals and strive to achieve them. Excessive same ambition, combined with a lack of integrity can lead to undesirable behavior and even corruption.

3. Determination.

Leader determined. He quickly assesses the situation and decides that benefit the organization and the group as quickly grabs the leader of the emerging opportunities in front of him. Determined not to lose the leader allows the possibility, which can lead to success.

4. Enthusiasm.

Being open to different opinions of the leader gets a lot more information to make their decisions. Leader discusses with others their ideas, allowing you to make more informed decisions. Conversely, excessive secrecy, fear under the guise of confidentiality, can not effectively promote the organization.

8. Realism.

Realism - a cross between optimism and pessimism. Optimists often overestimate their abilities, pessimists, on the contrary, miss opportunities appearing on the horizon, as realists, objectively assess the situation and make decisions that lead to efficiency. 10. Fairness and impartiality.

13. Creativity.

Leader receives timely and appropriate changes in your thoughts, plans and actions. He is looking for new ways to solve the problems facing them, subjects them to change in order to improve efficiency. Decisions of the leader is often non-standard and are characterized by high efficiency and novelty.
